We offer Capsule Pods, Panorama Glass Cabins, Modular Villas (1–4 BR), Dome Homes, Container Luxe units, Tiny Homes, and Off-Grid Editions.
Capsule Pods: ~18–28 m²; Glass Cabins: ~22–35 m²; Modular Villas: ~45–160 m² (multi-module); Dome Homes: ~20–60 m²; Container Luxe/Tiny Homes vary by layout.
Yes. We use insulated envelopes, low-E glazing, and weather-resistant cladding suitable for hot, humid, coastal, desert, and cooler climates.
Studios/pods include an ensuite and compact kitchen by default. Larger villas include full kitchens, wardrobes, and storage; specs are confirmed in your quote.
Absolutely. Many clients deploy pods/cabins for micro-resorts and short-stay hospitality. Models are designed for quick ROI with hotel-grade finishes.

Customization

Choose a base plan, then adjust room positions, doors/windows, wardrobes, and kitchen pack. Multi-module villas can extend to add bedrooms or terraces.
Curated finish packs (Modern, Warm, Minimal) covering flooring, wall panels, counters, fixtures, and lighting. Bespoke specs are available on request.
Yes. Standard bundle supports keyless entry, app-controlled lighting/HVAC, and occupancy sensors. Add cameras, energy monitoring, and smart blinds if needed.
Yes—solar PV, battery storage, water filtration, grey/black-water management, and LPG/induction cooking options.

Shipping

Typical production is 30–60 days depending on model/volume. Shipping time depends on destination and customs; we’ll estimate in your proposal.
Both. Where road/crane access allows, we ship fully built modules. For constrained sites, we ship as knock-down kits for on-site assembly.
We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and drawings. Duties/taxes are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exact delivery address/pin, access roads, turning radius, crane position, foundation readiness, and utility entry points.

Crated/steel-framed packaging, moisture protection, edge guards, and shock indicators. Each shipment is photographed and documented.

Installation

Your local contractor executes foundations and utility stubs using our stamped drawings. We can introduce partners in select regions.
Modules: typically 1–5 days for placement, connections, sealing, and testing. Kits take longer depending on complexity and weather.
Usually a crane/forklift (as specified), lifting slings, and basic site tools. Clear, level access and safe working areas are essential.
Yes, in selected markets. Otherwise, we offer remote supervision, manuals, and video guides for your local crew.

We test MEP systems, verify finishes, set up smart-home devices, and walk you through maintenance and warranty documentation.

Support

Structural, MEP, and finish warranties per model—starting at handover and detailed in your contract and warranty booklet.
